Project: AI staff-training platform

Small businesses have policies and compliance rules their staff need to know, but the training is often a PDF nobody reads. Curtis Benhayon is building a software-as-a-service platform to change that. It is currently in development.

What it does

• Businesses upload their policies and procedures.

• An AI course builder turns them into short courses and quizzes.

• A staff assistant answers questions using only the business's own documents, and shows its sources.

• Compliance frameworks map training to the requirements a business must meet.

• When a policy changes, the platform shows which courses are affected and who needs to retake them.

• Manager reporting, reminders, digests and subscription billing.

How it is built

• TypeScript from end to end, with each business kept in its own tenant.

• Built in planned phases, with a written plan, decision records and a test report for each phase.

• End-to-end and integration test suites, multi-factor authentication, rate limiting and error monitoring.
