Project: CRM and student hub for colleges

Curtis Benhayon designs and builds features for a hub platform that vocational colleges use to run their front office, from the first enquiry through to enrolment and payment. Several colleges run on the same platform, each with its own branding, domain and data.

Features Curtis has built

• Lead capture from website forms and social media lead ads, sent straight into the CRM with the source attached.

• Role-based visibility: sales reps see their own leads, and supervisors see and assign the rest.

• Conversion reporting by period, from enquiry to enrolment.

• Marketing email templates built and sent from the hub.

• A shared staff email inbox inside the CRM.

• Automated payment plans with direct debit, refunds and hardship arrangements.

• A privacy mode for AI assistants: an account marked as AI sees people only as anonymous tokens, never real names or email addresses.

How the work is done

Every change is built on its own branch, tested against a local copy of the platform, and reviewed for security before it goes live.
